How long will the application process take?
Our application process is quick, simple and can be completed entirely from the comfort of your own home or on the go on your mobile device! The application can take up to 15 minutes to complete.
How do I submit my supporting documents?
Once you create an account with us and your loan is approved, we will send you an email requesting you upload your supporting documents. You can do all of this electronically via your account in our online portal. We will specify which documents you need to provide.
What kind of documents do I need to submit?
We value your privacy and security and we always want to make sure that nobody has applied for credit in your name. To help us in this process, we will need you to submit banking information, proof of income, and government-issued photo identification.
How do I submit my banking information?
It’s easy! You can use your online banking to authorize your bank to instantly send us electronic copies of your statements. You’ll verify ownership of your account using a 128-bit SSL encrypted secure portal that has been approved by your bank. This portal is not hosted by ConsumerCapital Canada and we will never be able to see your banking credentials or access your account. This process might eliminate the need for some additional documentation and speeds up the application process.

If I am approved, will I need to have a printer to complete the loan process?
Good news! No, no printer is required. To complete the loan process, you will receive a link to your Loan Agreement via e-mail that can be signed electronically.
